1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and boss8055 ("boss8055", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the boss8055 platform, including the website at boss8055.asia, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

3.4 Account Termination

boss8055 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your boss8055 account may be made via supported payment methods, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

boss8055 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder may be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed the KYC verification process before withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds can be processed. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.

4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses & Promotions

boss8055 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, boss8055's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your boss8055 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
